Because we offer it up front, lifetime purchases are committed — no refunds after payment. But credits never expire, so there's no time pressure on using them.
No. The search credits and report credits that come with the lifetime plan never expire. Any top-up packs you buy later also never expire. Lifetime means lifetime.
