Paste an Instagram handle. Get a post, Story and Reel rate built from that account's real follower count and engagement.
What Instagram creators typically charge for one in-feed post, by audience size. Stories run around 40% of the post rate and Reels around 30% above it, because a Reel is pushed beyond the follower base and a Story disappears in a day. Every figure is this page's own model at a 2.5% engagement rate — the benchmark an average Instagram account sits on.

Ranges are ±15% around the midpoint and cover the content only. Usage rights, exclusivity and paid amplification are priced separately, as set out above.
Follower count opens the negotiation. These are the Instagram-specific terms that decide where inside the range it closes.
A rough rule is $10–$15 per 1,000 followers for a feed post, adjusted up or down by engagement. That puts a 50,000-follower creator near $600–$800 and a 500,000-follower creator near $6,000–$8,000. Use the calculator above with the real handle rather than the rule — engagement moves the number more than the follower count does.
Usually yes, by roughly 30%. A Reel is distributed to people who do not follow the account, so it buys reach a feed post does not, and it takes materially longer to produce. If a creator quotes the same price for both, they are either underpricing the Reel or overpricing the post.
Around 40% of that creator's post rate for a set of frames, not per frame. Stories expire in 24 hours and carry no grid permanence, but they are the only placement with a native link sticker, so they earn their keep on traffic rather than on reach.
Separately from the content, and usually as a flat monthly fee. You are buying the right to run ads from the creator's handle, which is a different thing from buying a post. Agree the term up front — retroactively asking for ad rights after a post performs well is where these negotiations go wrong.
Less than people expect. Verification signals authenticity, not audience quality, and meta-verified badges are now purchasable. Engagement rate and audience location predict campaign performance far better, and both are visible in a proper profile analysis.
